Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect on my first visit?

Simply the best and most thorough evaluation you have ever had, personally performed by Dr. Linden.

An examination includes necessary dental X-rays, blood pressure reading, an interview with Dr. Linden, an oral cancer and infection check, a gum and bone analysis of your teeth, a bite (TMJ) analysis and a documentation of all oral disease and current conditions. Plus, Dr. Linden will answer any questions you may have.

We strongly believe in empowering our patients with the information they need to make wise dental decisions and purchases.

Do you accept insurance?

While our office participates in several insurance plans, for the vast majority of dental insurance patients, it makes little difference. We process all plans for every insurance company. Ninety-five percent of patients can expect some reimbursement from their companies. Probably less than 5% of patients need to see a participating dentist to obtain benefits.

How much reimbursement you will receive generally depends on your plan and the contract your employer has with their insurance company.

Will I need to see any dental specialist?

The more complicated your dental work, the greater the need for a dental specialist. Dr. Linden’s extensive training generally means that you won’t need a specialist.

However, if a specialist is needed, Dr. Linden has selected a stellar roster of dentists who are highly competent and work hand in hand with him.

Do you have payment plans?

We depend on our payment plans to make dental work affordable and easy for our patients.

After we do a thorough evaluation, and treatment is agreed upon, we will write up a payment plan that will include options such as a discount for immediate payment, spreading out payments interest free for a year, and even longer at a fixed interest rate.
